Madhya Pradesh Police launched a state-wide anti-drug campaign “Nashe Se Doori Hai Zaroori” on July 15, 2025, to spread awareness among youth about the dangers of drugs.

MP Police Anti-Drug Campaign 2025 – “Nashe Se Doori Hai Zaroori” Awareness Drive

The name of MP Police anti-drug campaign 2025 is “Nashe Se Doori Hai Zaroori”.

This campaign has been started by Madhya Pradesh Police from July 15, 2025. Its main goal is to keep the youth away from drugs and make the society safe.

In this campaign, the police will tell the public how dangerous taking drugs is for health, career and family. There will be awareness rallies, workshops and seminars in every city and village.

What is the objective of the campaign?

The main objective of this campaign is:

To save young people from drug addiction

To provide rehabilitation help to drug users

To tell the public that drugs are illegal and harmful

To create awareness in schools and colleges

MP Police anti-drug campaign 2025 directly targets those people who are getting attracted towards drugs in schools, colleges, or urban areas.

Campaign Dates

This campaign will run from 15 July to 30 July 2025. There will be events in every district for almost 15 days.

Local police stations in every city will give awareness to people through rally and nukkad natak.

State-Wide Coverage

All 52 districts of Madhya Pradesh are included in this campaign. Some major cities from where the campaign started:

Bhopal

Indore

Gwalior

Jabalpur

Ujjain

Banners, posters and help desks have been set up everywhere. Public can easily take help if there is a drug addict in their home or nearby.

DGP Sudhir Kumar Saxena’s Message

MP Police Chief (DGP) Sudhir Kumar Saxena said while launching the campaign:

“It is our duty to keep the youth safe. Through this anti-drug campaign, we want to spread the message of drug freedom to every household.”

He also said that the officers of the police force will work together with the public to bring about real change.

Can also make an anonymous complaint online

Can get help by calling on 24×7 helpline
